st. gallen, day 2

today i woke up and went out to buy groceries. i found a little grocery store 20 min away (walking) from my place and bought some chicken, slamon, veggies, fruit, tissues and spices. i NEED a watch/clock. i don't know if i've mentioned this yet, but THERE ARE NO clocks in the hotel rooms in europe. there wasn't one in ireland, spain, or switzerland's hotel. there wasn't one in my room when i settled here. there isn't one in the house. WHAT THE HELL. i NEVER know what time i'm waking up (i know what time i go to bed because it's when i turn off my laptop, and that has the local time on it), what time i eat, shower, NOTHING. it's actually very annoying, so the first thing i'm going to do tomorrow is find me a damn watch.

after i got my groceries i made myself lunch from the previously said ingredients. i then called my new friend, Isabelle and met her at a restaurant that i had to take a bus and a transfer bus to get to (LA boy is taking the bus and walking everywhere now, where is his car?!). we ended up staying at the restaurant for about 5 hours (literally), talking and laughing the whole time, so it turns out i made myself another couple great friends here. AND the guy has a car. DAAAAAAAMN RIGHT!!! so they dropped me off at home around midnight and i watched some world poker tour championship episode on Joost on my laptop (joost has become a good friend when i am bored here), checked my email, blah blah blah.
